Amgen sought a refreshed career site brand to stand out in a competitive talent market. As Art Director, I guided the creative overhaul of their BCX offering, spanning banner ads, social media assets, corporate catalogs, event booths, and print collateral. The result was a cohesive visual identity that elevated their employer presence and ensured consistency across every candidate-facing touchpoint. We emphasized the shared desire candidates had to shape a better future through transformative efforts. Research revealed that top talent resonated strongly with Amgen’s cause-driven work and passion for advancing their mission, making purpose the central theme of the refreshed brand experience.
